Our history
SEVENTECH started out in 2009 and focused on the development of its own SMS-based communication platform
We continued to work on increasing the capacity of the platform and brought it up to 15,000 SMS/sec. Today the platform can handle over 750 million messages per month through one installation. In addition, the platform supports horizontal expansion.
We took a leading position in the market of the Republic of Belarus and continued to actively develop international projects, including that for the largest credit organizations of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
We incorporated all our expertise and technologies accumulated over the previous years into an industrial platform for telecom operators. Our platform allowed carries to perform as full-scale aggregators and expand their portfolio of services. This approach has given rise to a comprehensive change in the market of mass mailings with carriers introducing this kind of services. We implemented a complex project of this kind for two European carriers.
We implemented complex projects to organize dialog channels for high-load contact centers. That included support for WhatsApp for Business API. The transfer component was based on the SEVENTECH omnichannel platform.
In the same year, the volume of traffic processed by our platform reached 500 million messages per month.
We continued to improve our platform by adding new delivery channels. The launch of Viber Business Messages opened up a possibility for our clients to deliver notifications and provide two-way communication in the popular messenger. The more attractive cost of this channel compared to SMS has increased the popularity of omnichannel notifications.
In the same year, we provided the ability to cascade messages to different delivery channels, allowing businesses to prioritize channels on their own.
We launched our own PUSH-server to allow our clients to notify their end-users through a more advanced and cost-effective channel. Push channel powered with SMS redundancy made it possible to guarantee the delivery of information to subscribers, and for our clients to save significantly on carriers’ services.
We reached a volume of 300 million SMS segments per month.
We created a client layer of the platform, that allowed us to provide the maximum security to the Banks by installing the platform in their internal network perimeter.
